Twitter Bans Antifa Terrorists After They Threatened to Burn Down What?

In a stunning turn of events, Twitter has finally banned Antifa terrorists from their platform after they threatened to incite violence.

I can’t believe this is happening! Antifa terrorists have been running wild on social media for years, threatening and intimidating people with impunity. But now, finally, Twitter has had enough and has banned some of them for actually inciting violence.

Summit News Reported, Twitter has suspended several accounts belonging to extreme leftist Antifa groups for inciting violence and threatening Tesla facilities with arson.

Journalist Andy Ngo tweeted the details, noting that while some accounts are suspended, others remain active:

Andy Ngo later tweeted this: Journalist @choeshow visited the area that was blocked off after a man barricaded himself next to a Seattle-area Tesla, started a fire & threatened to blow up the building. #Antifa had earlier called for Tesla locations to be attacked wherever they are.

As of now, Twitter is censoring messages from both political parties equally. Although conservatives want complete free speech, the left wants the power to censor what they disagree with.

News Week reported, Musk’s new Twitter content rules have been criticized following the recent suspensions. The CEO has recently reinstated accounts that were previously banned on the platform for spreading hate speech or misinformation, specifically reinstating two accounts last week that were banned for transphobic tweets.

On Tuesday, Musk responded to a tweet from Kyle Becker, a former writer for Fox News, about how some users have accused the billionaire of being a “right-wing bogeyman” in light of reinstating conservative politicians, including Georgia Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and former President Donald Trump.

In response, Musk said it was “obvious” there had not been a permanent ban on even the most far-left accounts.

For far too long, conservatives have been banned or silenced by social media giants like Twitter for speech considered unacceptable. Meanwhile, the same platform allowed liberal voices to call for violence and yet they were never punished. This double standard created an environment where accountability was impossible as conservatives were paradoxically held to a higher standard than those on the left. Thankfully, with the new ownership that has taken over Twitter, free speech is back on the menu and accountability is finally becoming more realistic. Of course, much work still needs to be done in order for genuine context-based regulations to be implemented but it’s safe to say that change is coming. Now more than ever before, we are witnessing how accountability matters and how everyone should be held to almost similar standards.
