Joe Biden Celebrates Largest Ever Release From Strategic Petroleum Reserve

In this video, we take a look at Joe Biden’s latest accomplishment as he and his administration continue to gaslight the American people.

I’m not sure what’s more shocking, the fact that Biden is releasing this much oil or the fact that he thinks this is a good thing. This is just another example of how this administration would rather destroy this country instead of doing the right thing.

Daily Caller reports. President Joe Biden boasted during a Tuesday speech about ordering releases from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to address inflated gas prices.

Biden authorized the sale of up to 180 million barrels of oil from the reserves in March, following Russia’s Feb. 24 invasion of Ukraine. Biden and the White House have often called increased gas prices the “Putin price hike,” while also blaming oil companies for high energy prices, but some experts have said Biden’s hostility to fossil fuel production has fueled higher gas prices.

This has been a major problem with this administration since they took control. Biden has also blamed oil companies yet his solution has remained the same.

Last month, Forbes criticized the actions of the administration. It raises several key questions, but the most obvious is this: if “a war is raging,” why would the United States president deplete crude oil contained in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve? Unfortunately, no one in the room thought to ask this crucial question.

In addition, they stated. When Biden assumed office, U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) data showed that the SPR contained more than 638 million barrels of oil. After 11 months of Biden’s various withdrawal programs, the volume at the end of July sat at about 468 million barrels. Today (October 20th), it’s just over 400 million, and it will go lower in the weeks to come.

It’s alarming to hear that this administration is championing the idea of living off Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPR). We always think of our SPR as an emergency fund to pull from in times of crisis, but instead it seems the Biden Administration is normalizing a lifestyle and economy that greatly depends on it. What’s even more concerning is that if this plan were so essential, why didn’t the Trump Administration dip into its Strategic Petroleum Reserve instead of increasing it? The previous administration had four years and led by example and DID NOT rely on SPR. It only makes us question whether this administration even understands the underlying risks associated with over-dependence on strategic reserves. We all know there is a simple solution, but  Biden has time and time again told us his goal is not to make America Energy independent.

Let’s continue this conversation, in the comments below.
