This is breaking news! Kari Lake has been dealt a devastating blow this week by a Obama-appointed federal judge, leaving her with no support from the RNC. Obama’s shadow government just struck from the shadows.
An unexpected blow has been dealt to Kari Lake, and to make matters worse, her attorneys have exposed a rather sinister action taken (or not taken) by the Republican National Committee. Clearly, no RNC representatives are stepping forward to help these embattled politicians – this does not look good for Kari Lake! But the good news is she is not giving up the fight.
Epoch Times reports, a federal judge sanctioned lawyers for GOP candidates Kari Lake and Mark Finchem on Thursday as Arizona’s Cochise County moved to certify the election results.
According to FOX 10 Phoenix, Kari Lake, who allegedly lost the gubernatorial election to Democrat Katie Hobbs by some 17,000 votes, has refused to concede the election in Maricopa County because of certain voting problems. Her lawsuit sought information on uncounted ballots that were accidentally mixed, as well as the identity of voters who were having difficulties casting a ballot.

More details on that devastating lawsuit, the US District Court Judge John Tuchi imposed sanctions against lawyers representing Republican gubernatorial candidate Lake and Republican secretary of state candidate Finchem. On November 8th, both candidates filed lawsuits against Maricopa County, alleging the election had been mishandled.
According to him, sanctions would “make clear that the Court will not condone litigants” saying they were “furthering false narratives that baselessly undermine public trust at a time of increasing disinformation about, and distrust in, the democratic process.” Former President Obama, a Democrat, appointed Tuchi to the position.
The judge ruled that their campaigns must pay Maricopa County’s attorneys’ fees because it required its lawyers to “spend time and resources defending this frivolous lawsuit rather than preparing for the elections.”
Lake did not respond to the sanctions on social media.
As for Finchem, he wrote that no Republican National Committee (RNC) “lawyer is calling me to help.”
He also wrote, “Arizona will NEVER be taken over by the forces of darkness. We will defeat them at the precincts. We will defeat them at the counties. We will defeat them in the courts. We will defeat them in the legislature. We will defeat them with the people. We will defeat them statewide.”
In April, Lake and Finchem filed a complaint challenging Arizona’s use of vote machines. This occurred before the midterm elections on Nov. 8. The lawsuit was dismissed in August by Tuchi, who stated that Arizona’s election equipment is tested before it is used.
Meanwhile Katie Hobbs is now taking aggressive action.
Daily Caller reports, according to emails and documents reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation, Democratic Secretary of State and Governor-elect Katie Hobbs’ top deputy threatened the Mohave County Board of Supervisors with prosecution if it failed to certify her election results by Monday.
Kori Lorick, the Arizona State Elections Director, sent several letters and emails warning members of the board of criminal charges if they failed to certify the results in time. As per the emails, the letters also threatened lawsuits against members for “nonfeasance.”
The odds are definitely not stacked in Kari Lake’s favor. From her attorneys revealing a sinister action (or inaction) by the Republican National Committee, to Obama emerging from the shadows to hurt her chances, it appears that Kari is not getting a whole lot of help on this front. But she’s still holding her head up high and fighting back! As Arizona’s Cochise County moves forward with certifying election results, Kari Lake has taken legal action and filed a new lawsuit to bring justice to those who have had their voices unheard or voices silenced during the election process. Kari is determined to get answers regarding uncounted ballots mixed up as well as find out who faced difficulty while voting. Let’s give kudos to Kari for standing strong amidst all the challenges faced!

To 'jtuchi', INCREASING???? NOT SO! There IS NO TRUST in the counties using PROVEN DEFECTIVE MACHINES while voting! 'hobbs' MUST BE DISQUALIFIED due to being the "controller in charge" of the election ---- WHILE ---- running for the official office. What a BUNCH OF THIRD WORLD DICTATORISH TYRANTS!!!!!!
