Shockingly John Fetterman has received a new award from the far left leaning news outlet The New York Times, and it is baffling that Fetterman is now in the same league as Beyonce, or Harry Styles.

Celebrities seem to have a style all unto their own, with Harry Styles wearing dresses, Beyonce wearing million dollar earrings, or just bizarre fashion statements.

Washington Examiner reports, the New York Times ranked Sen.-elect John Fetterman  among the 93 most stylish people of 2022 for his big shorts and hoodies.

Assuming Fetterman would wear casual clothing to the Capitol, the New York Times added him to a list that includes Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Harry Styles, the late Queen Elizabeth II, and more. There are a few liberal favorites on this year’s list, including Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, and New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

Regardless of his supposed prowess while picking out outfits a couple facts remain clear for when Fetterman does in fact get to Washington DC.

Townhalll reports, that one of his staffers is already informing reporters that Fetterman will not be able to answer questions in the usual way that lawmakers do from reporters. 

Rebecca Katz, a longtime advisor to Fetterman, said that reporters won’t be able to “yell questions” at the newly-elected Senator in the traditional way reporters do while in the hallways, arguing that it “will not work” with him. 

Her comments come after a Huffington Post reporter tweeted a picture of the newly-elected Senator saying “he didn’t answer me when I asked if he’ll be able to wear his hoodie on the Senate floor.” 

mean come on. It is almost absurd that hoodies and shorts make you qualified to be on the top list of fashion influencers, if that was the case millions of dads across the country have been setting this trend nightly after getting home from work. Next it will be Fettermans wife who is the policymaker of the year, and that title will be quickly followed by woman of the year, if Caitlyn Jenner doesn’t win that again. The whole point is that the leftist media loves giving awards and titles out to those they want to put on pedestals, instead of actually finding people who are making an impactful difference in any category.
