El Paso Sector has overtaken Rio Grande and Del Rio Sectors in terms of illegal crossings. Since the start of Fiscal Year 2023, which began in October, there have been over 53,000 encounters in the El Paso Sector. On December 21, Title 42, the public health order that allowed Border Patrol to quickly expel illegal crossers, will expire.
Thousands of people illegally crossing into El Paso, Texas from multiple illegal immigrant caravans is an alarming crisis that the media and Biden administration is wrongfully silent about. Over 53,000 encounters have been reported just in El Paso Sector surpassing Rio Grande and Del Rio Sectors border crossings. With President Biden’s failure to extend Title 42 which currently allows border patrol agents to quickly expel illegal immigrants at our border, such mass influx will become a reality by December 21st as it expires. It is vital for our national security that President Biden takes immediate action to declare a state of emergency and close the border now before it is too late while providing border patrol with necessary resources and support.
