Putin appears to be readying one of these ICBMs, which are capable of reaching the US and UK, for launch, and it is 12 times more powerful than the Hiroshima atomic bomb. Putin is clearly determined to follow through on his threats as he takes steps to ready this unimaginable weapon of mass destruction.
