A Monday automatic recount confirmed that Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo, won her re-election bid against Democrat Adam Frisch.

According to FOX News, a 546-vote margin determined the outcome, following a pattern in the 2022 midterm elections as Trump supporters lost either in swing districts or with tighter margins than expected.

Boebert posted a video on Twitter following her confirmed victory, thanking her supporters and celebrating the new Republican Majority in the House. She captioned the video, “All of the counties completed their recounts, and confirmed we’ve won this race. Republicans have been entrusted with the majority and we must now prove we can take the temperature down in DC by leading not only with strength but grace.”

Boebert added another comment on twitter, writing, “Our conservative policies will help all Americans to overcome the challenges we face so each of us has the opportunity to live our very best life. Thank you for entrusting me to help lead the way. I’ll be working every day to prove I can get the job done right.”

Boebert was first elected to the House in 2020 and has been a staunch support of President Trump ever since.
