Judge Peter Thompson granted her request to inspect up to 150 ballots, which consists of 50 random “ballot on demand” printed ballots cast on Election Day, 50 early-voted batches from 6 Maricopa County batches, and another 50 random ballot-on-demand printed ballots marked as spoiled. Red State reports, a lawsuit Lake filed December 9 alleges that “hundreds of thousands of illegal ballots” infected the Nov. 8 election and led to Hobbs’ victory. The lawsuit includes more than 270 exhibits.
