BUCKLE UP! Kari Lake Makes Huge Announcement After Judge Rules

On the heels of a judge’s decision on her election lawsuit, Kari Lake has announced that she will be appealing the verdict. The news that Lake is ready to fight further has set Arizona abuzz with anticipation – buckle up, because this story is far from over! While details remain scant on what exactly her next steps will be, one thing is for certain: every Arizonan should keep their eyes peeled and ears open as this story continues to unfold.

Kari Lake’s legal battle over the disputed 2022 Arizona gubernatorial election may not yet be over. Despite being rejected in court, Lake is continuing her fight to overturn her 17,000 vote loss – filing an appeal and pushing for more election reform. Especially in the Maricopa county where there was a significant failure of the machine tabulators, all eyes are now on this case and what will come about as Kari takes this fight to the next level. It remains to be seen if Lake will succeed, but one thing is for sure – this isn’t not over yet!

Lake Tweeted on Christmas Eve, “My Election Case provided the world with evidence that proves our elections are run outside of the law. This Judge did not rule in our favor. However, for the sake of restoring faith and honesty in our elections, I will appeal his ruling.”

A speech by Kari Lake at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest emphasized the need for free and fair elections and declared they are being run by fraudsters. She then threatened to “burn it all to the ground.”

Arizona Mirror reported that Judge Peter Thompson of the Maricopa County Superior Court released his decision on the suit at 10:45 a.m. on Christmas Eve, ruling against all of the claims made by Lake’s team. The two-day trial which preceded Thompson’s ruling featured arguments by Lake’s team that a Maricopa County employee had purposefully tampered with the Election Day ballot printers in an effort to deny registered Republican voters their rights, and that the county had failed to follow chain-of-custody rules for early ballots cast on Election Day leading to thousands of illegitimate ballots being contributed to final election results.

After the court’s decision not to throw out the disputed Arizona gubernatorial election result, Kari Lake isn’t ready to give up yet. She recently announced that she is appealing the verdict and continuing her courageous fight for more election reform. This Election Case has not only revealed serious misgivings about electoral integrity, but it has left all eyes on Arizona as the determination of whether valid outcome is upheld – or not – lies in wait. So even though this legal battle may not yet be over, one thing remains evidently true: Kari Lake is not done fighting!
