If You Oppose Drag Queens PBS Has One Name For You And It’s DISGRACEFUL

PBS recently declared that anti-drag queens are “brainwashed,” a statement which has been met with much confusion and criticism. It is unclear whether this was meant as an inflammatory comment or as serious scientific fact. Regardless, it is certain to provoke a wide variety of responses when the public hears it being said on primetime television

On Tuesday’s PBS News, they focused on a specific LGBT activist who has pushed back against conservative efforts to control drag show performances. This individual is striving to ensure that drag shows remain a creative, open platform for all, including for children. This individual thinks they’re standing up for the rights of our young generation. The person even declared any far-righter who opposes them must be brainwashed.

News Buster reports, a PBS NewsHour segment on Tuesday focused on an LGBT activist who has defended drag shows against conservative attempts to restrict their participation.

The interviewee on PBS, Eureka O’Hara, labeled critics of drag shows as “far-right” as she set up the interview:

On this issue, Republican lawmakers are listening to their constituents. Bars and nightclubs don’t allow children, so why are they allowed in drag clubs?

The New York Post reports Republican lawmakers have introduced a measure that would ban the use of taxpayer funds for sexually explicit programs targeting kids, such as New York City’s “drag queen story hour.”

Representative Mike Johnson (R-La.) introduced the “Stop the Sexualization of Children Act” and more than 30 House Republicans have endorsed it.

Under the bill, federal funds would not be used to promote “sexually-oriented” materials to children under 10.

It is becoming increasingly clear that conservative parents have become the only ones looking out for children’s innocence when it comes to adult content. Those from the radical left, however, appear to be oblivious or unconcerned about the two fine lines between adults and children; rather than respecting them, they wish to completely erase them. Thankfully, there are those who understand that protecting these two lines is of utmost importance in preserving innocence and helping prevent any potential harm done to curious youth. No matter your parenting style or beliefs, always strive to ensure that the two fine lines between adults and children remain in place – because anyone who cannot recognize and respect their necessity is a very real threat.
