IRS Issues Bleak Warning Ahead of 2022 Tax Return Season

It seems the IRS has issued a crisis warning, and chances are you won’t like it. The Biden Administration’s failed policies have been heavily criticized for driving up inflation and making it harder to make ends meet – now we find out that this means your tax return could be much less than expected. An ever-shrinking economy due to mounting taxation from the IRS is an unwelcome surprise, leading some to feel they’ve been scammed out of what should be rightfully theirs.

The recent crisis in the U.S. economy has taken its toll on a lot of Americans, and the IRS’ latest warning is just the icing on the cake. In an effort to tackle government inflation, under Biden’s administration, tax returns will be smaller this year – something we’ve never seen before.

CNBC Reports, your 2023 tax refund may be smaller than this year’s, according to the IRS. The IRS even admitted as much in a November news release about filing taxes. This is for a number of reasons.

For one, Economic Impact Payments are no longer in effect; second, taxpayers can no longer deduct certain charitable contributions.

Watch.

There are also major changes that came to the tax threshold that will significantly impact lower earning households.

Western journal reports, moreover, the Democratic Party’s American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 allows the government to take a bigger cut of earnings passed through payment processors.

This bill lowers the threshold for reporting such payments, according to the IRS.

Form 1099-K was previously required for individuals who made more than $20,000 through 200 transactions in one year.

The same form must be filed by anyone who receives a single transaction of $600.

“The IRS warns taxpayers not to rely on receiving a refund by a certain date, especially when making major purchases or paying bills. According to the IRS statement, some returns may require additional review and may take longer.

In addition to additional review processes, the IRS has implemented longer wait times for returns.

Taxpayers are finally beginning to feel the effects of President Joe Biden’s decision to drastically increase the size of the government’s tax collection agency.

Elections have consequences, and many many Americans will know the full burden of what Biden has done in the coming months. Any transaction above 600$ will have a form attached to it that will be required to file with the IRS, greatly increasing the taxable burden to those who make less money. So much for fighting for the middle or lower classes, Joe you have left tens of millions of Americans in bread lines already, now people won’t even have the money to get to the bread lines after the tax seasons rolls through. Biden’s policies paint a bleak outlook for the future of America, as billions of dollars pour out of the country to aid in foreign wars, and money is short here at home, it is now expected that the lower classes pay for these botched efforts. Such a shame.
