Liberals have attacked anyone wearing anything to do with Trump, often times resulting in people losing their jobs, livelihoods, and even getting physically harmed, all over a specific hat.

Ever since Trump took a trip down the escalator to announce his run for president the mainstream media began their insane push back against one of the best presidents in United States history. From their narrative push, it hyper radicalized everyday Americans into believing that the MAGA hat was a symbol of hate, and people suffered greatly for it.

We Love Trump reports, US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that a Washington State middle school teacher exercising his right of free speech by wearing a MAGA hat during school training.

Eric Dodge, a teacher at a Vancouver, Washington, school, was not found to have disrupted teacher-only training sessions by wearing his MAGA hat. The 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals agreed.

In response, Dodge said the principal, Caroline Garrett, called him a racist and homophobe, and he would need a union representative if he wore the hat again.

Dodge reported Garrett’s claim that other faculty members were offended by the hat.

Dodge sued Garrett and the school district for retaliation against his free speech.

In the ruling opinion Federal Judge Danielle Forrest wrote “That some may not like the political message being conveyed is par for the course and cannot itself be a basis for finding disruption of a kind that outweighs the speaker’s First Amendment rights,”

Eric Sell wrote on Twitter “A good free speech opinion out of the 9th Cir. Wearing a MAGA hat during a training session doesn’t disrupt school operations. Teachers can’t be disciplined for expressing political opinions absent some showing that doing so interferes with their function as a public employee.”

For years anyone wearing a MAGA hat was ridiculed and often times the receivers of violence.

Freedom of speech is a protected right in America. It is not subjective to someone’s viewpoints, it is free. Further recent attempts by the left to get “hate speech” removed from the constitution would enable a slippery slope where the total degradation of anything that does not conform to the leftist ideals would be banned, and we would slip into a totalitarian state. MAGA hats would be instantly banned, anything Pro America would be instantly banned, and anything conservative would be instantly banned. It is great to see that there are Federal Judges who uphold the constitution and protect everyone’s freedom of speech.
