In recent weeks, Eric Swalwell of California has made a lot of headlines. McCarthy’s decision to kick him off the Intel Committee seems to have enraged him.
And, for some reason, Swalwell was recently photographed holding what appeared to be a blank sign. There are some hilarious results from people who got creative with it.
One person photoshopped the sign to read: “comprehensive list of reasons I should be on the intelligence committee,” and listed not a single reason.
Another person photoshopped the sign to say, “I was kicked off the committee because I was banging a Chinese spy.”
Another added the words, “head of the unintelligence committee” to the sign.
Another person edited the sign to say, “you smell that?”
This was a reference to the viral moment when Swalwell let one loose while appearing on MSNBC.
Others photoshopped the sign to make fun of Swalwell’s affair with a Chinese spy, with one person adding the words “property of Fang Fang” to the sign.
And another added to the sign, “will commit treason for sex.”
Rep Eric Swalwell was recently removed from his committee assignments in the new Congress due to his romantic links with a Chinese spy and it looks like he’s been paying for it ever since. After posting the hilarious photo of himself holding up a blank sign, the internet had some genius ideas on what to put on it – most were way too hilarious! Many photoshopped the signs with phrases to highlight how compromised and inadequate Swalwell has become, while the most hilarious edit to the sign was the user who wrote “you smell that?”; a hilarious reference to the viral moment when Swalwell let out a little wind while appearing on MSNBC. All in all, the do-nothing Congressman opened himself up to some more well-deserved mockery.
