ALERT: CHARGES FILED! District Attorney Makes Move Against Alec Baldwin! It’s Manslaughter!

Hollywood was shook to the core this morning, when authorities declared game over for Trump-hater Alec Baldwin regarding the tragic event that took place on the New Mexico set of “Rust.” District attorneys have officially filed criminal charges against Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, with many wondering if this could truly be the end of his glittering career. As tensions intensified this week with prosecutors alleging negligence, will Baldwin accept what has now been cast in stone? Time will tell if stars like Alec Baldwin can prove their innocence and survive justice’s tough verdict.

Game over for Alec Baldwin! On Thursday, officials announced that charges have been filed against the actor and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed in connection to the 2021 fatal shooting on the New Mexico set of “Rust.” Both individuals face two counts of involuntary manslaughter for their respective roles in this tragedy. All eyes are now on the court case, with many wondering if justice will ultimately be served.

In a written statement to the media, Santa Fe First Judicial District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies and special prosecutor Andrea Reeb announced their decision.

Carmack-Altwies said in a statement, “After a thorough review of the evidence and the laws of the state of New Mexico, I have determined that there is sufficient evidence to file criminal charges against Alec Baldwin and other members of the ‘Rust’ film crew. On my watch, no one is above the law, and everyone deserves justice.”

A statement by Baldwin’s lawyer, Luke Nikas, stated, “This decision distorts Halyna Hutchins’ tragic death and represents a terrible miscarriage of justice. Mr. Baldwin had no reason to believe there was a live bullet in the gun — or anywhere on the movie set. He relied on the professionals with whom he worked, who assured him the gun did not have live rounds. We will fight these charges, and we will win.”

Legal Expert for KOAT 7 weighed in on the district attorney’s decision.

Halyna Hutchins, aged 42, tragically lost her life while working as a cinematographer on the Western when she was shot by the film’s star, Baldwin. The shooting occurred whilst Baldwin was practicing using a Colt .45 revolver and Joel Souza, director of the film, also sustained injuries in the incident.

Hollywood was rocked this morning with game over for Trump-hater Alec Baldwin and  armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed. District attorneys have filed criminal charges against the pair, sending a shockwave through the industry that has launched Baldwin to stardom. Believing in his innocence, he will now be forced to accept the charges of involuntary manslaughter – but will justice actually be served? The scene is set for a highly anticipated court case as Baldwin’s glittering career hangs in the balance. Can stars like him survive such a tough verdict or will it ultimately erase his success? We can only wait and see how this unravels.
