BIG NEWS FROM THE WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM: What Drove Senator To Leave Dems?

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, who formerly served as a Democrat, shocked many during a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum on Tuesday when she revealed her declaration of independence from what she has labeled a “deeply broken two-party system”.

The democrats have gone from simply being liberal to extreme left ideologies pushed by their woke agenda, leaving party members such as herself appalled at how far Biden failed to meet expectations. With tensions high amongst democrats and republicans now more than ever before, Sinema’s decision to become an independent each day is looking smarter and smarter.

Washington Examiner reports, according to Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ), leaving the Democratic Party last year was her declaration of independence from a “deeply broken two-party system.”

Sinema said on Tuesday that she has long considered herself an independent lawmaker during a panel discussion at the World Economic Forum. It was, however, the increasingly divided political landscape of the last two years that motivated her to leave party affiliations.

Watch.

There was a massive push by the Democrats to end centuries old traditions of the filibuster, which is an integral part of the process here in America.

As Sinema noted, Democrats sought to eliminate the filibuster in the Senate and overhaul voting rights nationwide in the last Congress through a number of legislative proposals. As a result, Democrats were unable to eliminate the Senate filibuster after failing to win the support of Sinema and centrist Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV).

Sinema, however, said Democrats didn’t need either of those things in order to succeed in the midterms.

Watch.

Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (I-AZ) has certainly made a powerful statement – her departure from the Democratic Party is a strong declaration of independence from the extreme left, woke agenda, and lack of patriotism that Democrats have embraced in recent years. Despite Biden’s failed attempts to silence the conservatives, Sinema was key in recognizing that extreme partisanship comes at too great of a cost to the American people – and now she’s pushing for an end to it. With Trump running for 2024, it seems Sinema wants an America free from extreme one-sidedness and values loyalty to our nation over all else – something we could all agree with.
