While we don’t yet know just how effective this system will be and if all the criminals will start using it, what we do know is it will do nothing to stop the thousands of illegals from pouring into our country.

President Joe Biden’s recent mobile app designed to help expedite the process of allowing hundreds of migrants entrance into our country is quite convenient. With the casual touch of a few buttons, those looking to come to the United States now have an opportunity to quickly book an appointment at the US-Mexico border and begin their journey toward traditional American Dreams. How tacky! This is how the Biden Administration plans to slow the flood of immigrants, with an app.Thought we had seen it all until this.

Breitbart reports, Joe Biden’s newly launched app allows migrants to schedule appointments at the U.S.-Mexico border and hundreds of migrants are being released each week.

According to Fox 5 San Diego, asylum seekers have been instructed to start using the app.

Customs and Border Protection One entices foreign nationals living in Mexico who are pregnant, mentally ill, elderly, disabled, homeless, or crime victims to schedule an appointment with agents at the border in order to be released into American communities.

Figures published by KPBS San Diego show that foreign nationals in Mexico are flocking to the app to schedule appointments at the border for release into the United States. For instance, appointments throughout the rest of the month are all booked up.

One of the immigration attorneys raised some concerns about the app and how it’s putting asylum seekers in more danger.

According to KPBS San Diego, appointments for January are already booked. If migrants want to schedule an appointment in February, they must get up at 6 a.m., download the mobile app, and hope they get a slot.

As a result of CBP One, the first group of migrants who successfully secured appointments entered the United States on Wednesday. According to Enrique Lucero, the director of Tijuana’s Migrant Services Department, about 200 people crossed the border in San Diego.

The border was crossed by nearly 252,000 illegal immigrants and border crossers in December 2022 alone. Likewise, 72,000 illegal aliens were reported to have crossed the border successfully.

Biden’s top Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials have partnered with a number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to massively expand its Catch and Release system, which holds border crossers briefly and releases them directly into American communities after detaining them briefly.

The Biden Administration’s new app has certainly raised eyebrows on both sides of the Mexican-American border. Although the policy “aims” to address and reduce illegal crossings, it also presents dangers for vulnerable asylum seekers and those seeking to do them harm. By providing an easily targetable form of access to the US, criminal and cartel groups will be emboldened and likely take advantage, charging more money or resorting to violence to ensure compliance. What we can only do is wait and see the result. Although we all know it will not decrease the illegal crossings at all.
