Outrageous Showdown: NJ Gov Gets HUMILIATED by Gym Owner He Tried To Shut Down

From the small grocery store in a rural town to the thriving restaurant in an affluent suburb, business owners from all corners of America felt the strain put on them when faced with compliance or defiance amid the tyrannical 2020’s. But some chose to rise and shine even against seemingly insurmountable odds. This particular business was among them; it gathered its arms and declared a counter attack on tyranny, refusing to cower and becoming a shining example to others.

On Friday, Ian Smith, the co-owner of Atilis Gym in New Jersey, saw his year of probation for contempt of court come to an end. In 2020, Smith and his co-owner had defied then-Governor Phil Murphy’s executive order to close the gym as a response to the tyrannical lockdowns. When police arrived at the gym with a court order to lock them out, Smith and his partner responded defiantly; making it known they had no intentions of shutting down. On Monday, Smith spoke about the incident again, sending harsh words towards Murphy who is responsible for the violation of their rights which led to his sentence of probation

Daily wire reports, while in defiance of Governor Phil Murphy’s executive order during the COVID pandemic, the gym’s co-owner, who remained open despite the executive order, was sentenced to one year on probation after he and his co-owner removed the gym’s doors to prevent police from locking them out. As Murphy’s probation ended on Friday, he had some harsh words for him.

In May 2020, Ian Smith and Frank Trumbetti opened Atilis gym in defiance of Murphy’s order. Murphy pronounced, “If you show up at that gym again tomorrow, there’s going to be a different reality than showing up today. These aren’t just words.”

>Upon receiving one year probation in January 2022, Smith and Trumbetti tweeted, “We got one year probation for the crime of taking our doors off to prevent government goons from locking us out of our gym.”

However, that year ended on Friday. Smith fired at Murphy tweeting, “The governor of NJ tried to have our doors locked at Atilis Gym. We took the doors off and stayed open for 24/7 for 40+ days. We were charged with multiple felonies. Today I completed one year of probation. My only question to Phil Murphy is, how’s your wife’s boyfriend doing?”

All in reference to when the New York Post reported, Governor Phil Murphy’s office announced Sunday that Tammy Murphy tested positive for Coronavirus, but is asymptomatic.

Making a case for Ian Smith and why he fought so hard to keep his gym open. Especially because his wife caught the very thing he was trying to shut them down for and she wasn’t affected at all.

The members of Atilis Gym have shown remarkable resilience over the past two to three years, leading the way for other business owners and fighting back against oppressive government regulations. Their dedication to push forward in the face of adversity serves as a testament to their determined spirit and the great principles America is founded upon. We can only hope that these brave men continue their journey of civil disobedience and strive towards ultimately holding those responsible for unjustly infringing on their rights accountable. The incident at Atilis Gym is just one example of many unfortunate – yet avoidable – scenarios where far-left controlled governments abused their power, reminding us all how absolutely essential it is to keep an eye on our elected officials and fight relentlessly against any attempt to infringe upon our liberties.
