During a Tuesday press briefing, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked whether Biden is capable of speaking in all forms to the nation.

Jean-Pierre’s response was short and to the point. In her opinion, Biden is the White House’s best communicator.

Yes, really. She just said that straight-faced. The president, Jean-Pierre said, is the best communicator on the team despite the fact he cannot get through a single sentence without tripping over his words.
