SHOCKER: Did Feinstein Staff Retire Her Without Asking?!

On Tuesday Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) suggested that she had no knowledge of the announcement made by her staff about her retirement.

It is pretty horrifying when a sitting US Senator does not remember or know what statements her staff members are putting out.

Daily wire reports, on Tuesday Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) responded to reporters’ questions about her announcement of retirement by saying she didn’t know her staff had published it.

In a tweet Feinstein stated “ I am announcing today I will not run for reelection in 2024 but intend to accomplish as much for California as I can through the end of next year when my term ends. Even with a divided Congress, we can still pass bills that will improve lives.”

In the second part of the tweet Feinstein stated “Each of us was sent here to solve problems. That’s what I’ve done for the last 30 years, and that’s what I plan to do for the next two years. My thanks to the people of California for allowing me to serve them.”

However, Feinstein appeared confused when asked about her retirement decision.

Savannah Behrmann tweeted her interactions with Senator Feinstein relating her conversation with the aging senator. Feinstein stated“I haven’t made that decision,” she told reporters. “I haven’t released anything.”

Staffer: “we put out that statement’

Feinstein: “ You put out the statement? I didn’t know they put it out”

Christian Hall tweeted “ the senator then told reporters “it is what it is. I think the time has come”

Have no fear that there will not be a replacement for Senator Feinstein when she is gone, someone has already popped his greasy head up to replace her.

New York Times reports. Adam B. Schiff, the California Democrat who became President Donald J. Trump’s chief congressional tormentor on the House Intelligence Committee, announced Thursday that he will run for Dianne Feinstein’s Senate seat.

Take a look

Schiff even released a video for his launch of the senate campaign.

Schiff told The New York Times on Thursday he first informed Feinstein of his plans several weeks ago, in person on Capitol Hill and by phone on Wednesday.

Senators hold immense power in the government, and for someone to not remember giving the order to announce a retirement is a massive issue. There are national security threats, international relations, and other things that senators have to handle on a daily basis and if the mental capacity is not there, then they should not be present on the senate floor. Feinstein needs to retire immediately, not because of partisanship, or politics, but because she does not have the mental capacity to do her job. Plain and simple.
