HORRIBLE: Lowered Standards By The Navy as Military Funds Directed to Abortions

Most recently, the US government has been faced with a unique challenge – such as – how to fix the damage current leaders have inflicted on our military? Recent desperate measures taken with the aim of mending this divide have only led to further frustration from the public. These actions could be interpreted as being politically motivated rather than a-political. Undeniably, these schemes have done little to mend fences, or revive any misplaced trust in authority figures.

The U.S. Navy lately made news with its announcement of a “one-time reset” for sailors who had previously failed physical fitness assessments. This policy change is driven by a desire to improve retention levels as well as improve morale among members of the Navy, and comes as other headlines related to the military also grab attention from the public. the Department of Defense revealed that it would now be paying for certain travel fees related to abortions for servicemembers – courtesy of the tax-payer. Yeahhh, let’s get into this.

Breitbart reports, The U.S. Navy announced Thursday it is granting sailors a “one-time reset” of past physical fitness assessment (PFA) failures in hopes of improving retention, while the Department of Defense (DOD) announced taxpayer dollars will be used to pay for service members’ abortion travel fees.

The Navy announced “a one-time reset of all [PFA] failures.” to facilitate reenlistment, promotion, and other “career continuation transitions.”

Even CNBC acknowledges the recruitment crisis, citing various reasons that aren’t entirely wrong, but lacking key factors.

The Navy further explained, “ the reset is intended to level the playing field and ensure every Sailor with the drive to continue has an opportunity to meet fitness standards.”

However this wasn’t the most controversial news.

The DOD announced that the military would provide “travel and transportation allowances” to servicemembers seeking “lawfully available, non-covered reproductive health care – including abortions”

According to the Navy Times, the “one-time reset” will allow as many as 1,500 sailors to avoid separation from the service, an issue experienced in other navies around the globe.

According to Breitbart London, the Royal Navy were ordered by the UK government to tell sailors to get the jab or leave the service.

Despite the fact that the US government is no longer under the control of tyrannical rulers, it is still proving to be a huge letdown in regards to our military. Instead of strengthening our already tough standards they have looked to appease political groups by allowing people who wouldn’t meet those standards to stay in the service – resulting in below-average servicemen and women. Adding insult to injury, they are now attempting to “incentivize” female personnel into having abortions so that retention numbers won’t suffer. This goes against every moral obligation we have for our troops, it isn’t fair to anybody involved, and it’s clear evidence that politics has become more important than excellence when it comes to servicing our country and its people. We should demand congress pressure them to stop this and  return our military to normal standards.

Let’s continue this conversation, in the comments below.
