Garland Give’s BIZARRE Reason Why Pro-Lifers Are Getting Prosecuted By DOJ

From equal protections to political bias and marching orders, Garland’s divisive rhetoric shows that the liberal agenda is more interested in promoting violence against innocent lives than it is in preserving American values.

Breitbart reports, since the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, the Department of Justice- DOJ- has prosecuted more pro-life activists than pro-abortion extremists, but blamed the timing of alleged crimes for the discrepancy.

Despite the fact that the majority of abortion-related attacks have occurred against pro-life organizations and churches following the Dobbs decision, Garland’s comments were in response to a question from Sen. Lee about whether the DOJ has unevenly invoked the FACE Act to pursue pro-life activists following the Dobbs decision.

The DOJ announced charges against 34 individuals in 2022 and early 2023 for blocking access to or vandalizing abortion clinics. Over 81 pregnancy centers have been attacked, and 130 Catholic churches have been attacked since the Dobbs decision leaked, but only two people have been charged.

Lets see the response from Garland on this topic.

Since the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision was leaked, America has endured a “Summer of Rage” that included 130 attacks against Catholic Churches and 81 attacks against pregnancy centers and pro-life groups. A group called Jane’s Revenge claimed responsibility for many of the attacks, including fire-bombings and vandalism.

During a hearing of the Senate Homeland Security Committee in November of 2022, FBI Director Christopher Wray admitted that approximately 70 percent of abortion-related threats of violence have targeted pro-life organizations. He, too, denied that the FBI and DOJ enforce the law unequally.

Garland stated “We don’t have the time for me to tell how frustrated I sometimes get by some of the news reporting about our work and the misreporting of our work. The circumspection that we display with regard to discussing our investigations is based on rules and practices that are important to people having confidence in the integrity of our work and go back decades, multiple administrations.”

Such a stance betrays our constitutionally-protected right to life and liberty, revealing a troubling disregard for equal protection under the law. With his words seeping into mainstream media outlets, it is increasingly evident that these so-called liberals – cloaked in their false promises of change – care more about advancing their own agenda than protecting human rights or upholding equal rights for all people. We must therefore remain ever vigilant and act quickly if we hope to preserve our fundamental freedoms as well as help protect vulnerable and marginalized communities from further attack by this insidious form of tyranny.
