Patriotism is alive and well in Washington, as House Republicans have taken it upon themselves to subpoena Biden’s liberal-agenda-pushing ‘Disinformation Czar.’

Daily wire reports, a Republican subpoena has been issued for Nina Jankowicz, who served as the administration’s “disinformation” czar for a short time.

On Monday, Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) said Jankowicz and two other targets for subpoenas ignored voluntary requests to have their interview transcribed, in spite of her viral fame and mockery for her video singing about manipulation of information to the tune of “Mary Poppins” song “Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.”

In a letter from Representative Jim Jordan to Marry Poppins he stated “We have repeatedly sought information from you concerning your official actions and duties as a DHS employee and former Executive Director of the Board, including how the Board intended to define disinformation, how it planned to collect information and from what sources, how it anticipated countering disinformation, and how it proposed to protect First Amendment rights.”

Subpoenas were also issued to Chip Slaven, former interim executive director and CEO of the National School Boards Association (NSBA), and Viola Garcia, former president.

According to a press release from Jordan’s office, they “co-signed the September 2021 letter to President Biden requesting federal law enforcement assistance to target parents voicing concerns at local school board meetings.” “That letter led to an October 4, 2021, memorandum that directed the FBI to establish a ‘threat tag’ to investigate Americans.”

The DHS Disinformation Governance Board was disbanded last year after intense criticism from Republicans after Jankowicz served as its executive director.

Jankowicz claimed in a YouTube video that the board has been subjected to “baseless claims” that it is an Orwellian “Ministry of Truth” and she is Joe Biden’s “chief censor.”

The video promoted a crowdfunding campaign to sue Fox News over its coverage of her, but Jankowicz also claimed Jordan lied about her.

In a typical move of liberal hypocrisy and abuse of power, the Biden administration has been exposed for operating a ‘disinformation czar’ in order to spread false information via their liberal agenda. This extreme attack on freedom shows how far liberal politicians are willing to go in order to silence patriotic Americans. It is insane that while they proclaim liberal values, they take no issue with deception and manipulation. Patriots must stand together now more than ever to protect our right to true and unfiltered information and defend our freedom from liberal oppression.
