Vivek addressed the importance of not relying on our economic enemies and perhaps surprising some by comparing the Chinese regime to that of the USSR years past.

The Epoch Times Reports, the candidate for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024, Vivek Ramaswamy, has called on the United States to declare independence from China through a “Declaration of Independence.”

Ramaswamy said on Sunday that China has never been so deeply embedded in the American market as the Soviet Union was.

Achieving such a declaration would require the United States to “ban most U.S. companies from doing business in China” until the Chinese Communist Party collapses or “radically reforms” itself, Ramaswamy says. “There is no easy way out but to take that bandage and rip it right away,” he argued.

When it comes to the recent bank failures Vivek did not shy away from giving his thoughts on the matter.
