Rainn Wilson, renowned actor most famously seen on The Office, recently exposed the outrageous bias against Christians in Hollywood.

Hollywood has waged a war on God and family for years, but only recently have any celebrities actually acknowledged it. 

Daily wire reports, the actor Rainn Wilson admitted that Hollywood has an anti-Christian bias.

Former “The Office” star made the comment regarding HBO Max’s penultimate episode of “The Last of Us.” In episode 8, “When We Are In Need,” the show’s main character Ellie encounters a group of survivors led by a cult-leading cannibal who keeps quoting the Bible.

Rainn Wilson tweeted “I do think there is an anti-Christian bias in Hollywood. As soon as the David character in “The Last of Us” started reading from the Bible I knew that he was going to be a horrific villain. Could there be a Bible-reading preacher on a show who is actually loving and kind?”

In the post apocalyptic show that is titled after a video game, the scene featured a bible quoting leader, who led a group of cannibals. Except in the video game he was not a preacher.

In a tweet Brittany Martinez stated “I was like “watch that guy be David the creepy cannibal from the video game.” And then it was David. Shocked. Surprised. Never seen it before. He wasn’t a pastor in the video game.”

LIBRE Initiative president Daniel Garza wrote “Defamation of Christianity has become the most unoriginal and tired cliches in movie/TV series storylines. It’s prevalence is much more than a bias against an entire people, it is meant to undermine faith and position the secular-minded as only ones with altruistic intentions,”

Recently Rainn Wilson came under scrutiny for his apparent name change. 

Daily wire reports, by changing his name on social media, actor Rainn Wilson hopes to spread climate change awareness.

In a video posted to Twitter recently, Wilson called his name change “a cheap little stunt to help save planet Earth.” His display name is now “Rainnfall Heat Wave Extreme Winter Wilson,” but his Instagram handle remains the same.

When Twitter would not allow him to officially change his handle, Wilson blamed Elon Musk. Of course.

These revelations cause one to question whether or not Hollywood lacks morality – surely accepting people of different backgrounds and beliefs is the cornerstone of any progressive society. Is Hollywood’s discrimination going to cause society to come tumbling down? God only knows what is happening behind the camera lens these days. It will certainly take something miraculous for Hollywood to recognize their lack of tolerance and actively work towards creating a more inclusive family building environment.
