As the political landscape shifts and heats up in anticipation of the 2024 presidential election, we’re sure many Americans have been anxiously waiting for Senator Marco Rubio’s decision regarding a possible candidacy. Well, regardless of your expensive dinner choice or party affiliation, you can now rest easy knowing that Marco Rubio has made his decision known. This will be a quick announce don’t go anywhere. 

Breitbart reports, As a possible 2024 Republican presidential candidate, you can scratch Marco Rubio’s (R-FL) name off the list.

During a radio interview with Hugh Hewitt, Rubio, who ran for president in 2016 and lost to President Donald Trump, said he will not run again in 2024.

Hewitt asked Sen. Rubio, “I wrote about you last week in the Washington Post, and I didn’t talk to you, which is bad journalism. So this is in reverse order. You’re ranked number five over at Real Clear Politics among Republican preferences for president. But I wrote in the Post column I didn’t think you were running. Am I right? Are you not running in 2024?”

The senator’s plans were unclear when he planned to release a book this year.

The Washington Examiner reported in November of 2022, Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) is rumored to run for president in 2024 because of a planned book release.

A book titled Decades of Decadence is scheduled to be released by Harper Collins next June. Aside from the title and 272-page count, little information has been provided. Often, book deals are a first step into a presidential campaign – Former Vice President Mike Pence has used his book tour to bring publicity to his political ambitions.

His last book, American Dreams, was released in 2015, just months before Rubio launched his political campaign.

Yeah…. Americans have definitely not been dying to know if Marco Rubio or anyone else will be throwing their hats in the race. It’s certainly wise of Rubio to take the cycle off and  stay laser focused on voting appropriately in the senate so the democrats don’t continue to destroy this country limb by limb. That’s of course if he ever plans to run for president again.
