The latest crisis in Joe Biden’s White House can be summed up in one word: departures.

In the midst of increasing inflation, numerous corruption scandals, and a perceived atmosphere of bad leadership, key staffers have been bailing out one by one.

Conservative Brief reports, under President Joe Biden, the White House has experienced unprecedented departures. The office of First Lady Jill Biden is undergoing massive turnover following the departure of a top aide, according to a new report.

The head of Joining Forces, Rory Brosius, announced her departure in a statement to the military community. Sheila Casey, the wife of former Army Chief of Staff Gen. George Casey, will take over after Brosius leaves at the end of March.

Brosius said in a statement “As a young military spouse walking into the East Wing to intern for Joining Forces in August of 2012 to joining the Biden-Harris Administration on day one to stand up Joining Forces, this has been the journey of a lifetime,”

According to Jill Biden, Brosius led the project “with grace, compassion, and determination to support America’s military and veteran families, caregivers, and survivors. Rory has done an extraordinary job as Executive Director, doing the hard policy work that matters. Joe and I are grateful for her dedication over the last ten years.”

Biden has been struggling with turnover since day one.

Brookings reports, according to a Brookings Institution study, Biden’s top-level aide turnover is the second highest since former President Ronald Reagan was in office. The study found that 21 “A-Team staffers” were gone after two years.

The Brookings Institution report notes that Vice President Kamala Harris’ office has had extremely high turnover.

Harris, in particular, has had difficulty retaining staffers, reportedly due to an abusive work environment.

The Washington Post published a report that included interviews with then-current and former staffers, many on the condition of anonymity, who gave some candid responses to what it is like working for Harris.

A former staffer said “It’s clear that you’re not working with somebody who is willing to do the prep and the work, With Kamala, you have to put up with a constant amount of soul-destroying criticism and also her own lack of confidence. So you constantly sort of propping up a bully and it’s not really clear why.”

Last year, a report said that some staffers believed her office was abusive.

A person that Politico claims knows how her office works, said. “People are thrown under the bus from the very top, there are short fuses and it’s an abusive environment. It’s not a healthy environment and people often feel mistreated. It’s not a place where people feel supported but a place where people feel treated like s—.”

Members of President Biden’s staff have noticed and are concerned about how Harris’ team is treated, according to the report.

Joe Biden’s administration is facing an unprecedented wave of staff departures, not just in the White House but now even hitting Jill Biden’s office. Reports of widespread inflation, elite corruption, and unethical leadership practices have created a toxic environment that no one wants to work in. The latest reports suggest that many staffers are exiting out of fear and frustration, and this departure crisis shines a light on Biden’s lies to the people regarding his administration. The corruption present within the White House is becoming undeniable and rampant – something that no amount of pandering or spin can stop. It remains to be seen how this will affect Joe Biden’s presidency going forward, but it has however become clear that no one wants anything to do with bad leadership, shameful ethics, and Biden’s inability to keep his word.
