JUST IN: Trump Wins Big at the Court of Appeals! HUGE Payday Awarded to the Former President!

Donald Trump is certainly no stranger to courtrooms, but his most recent legal victory might just take the cake. In a shocking turn of events, the federal appeals court awarded President Trump more than $600,000 in a defamation suit filed by adult film actress Stormy Daniels. It would appear that once again, Trump’s steadfast determination has paid off – in spades! It remains to be seen how this latest decision will affect the remaining legal battles between these two leading opponents. But one thing’s for sure: you won’t want to miss out on the details!

In a remarkable coincidence, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals made their ruling regarding attorney fees due to former President Donald Trump from Stormy Daniels at the exact same time that he was appearing in court in lower Manhattan, New York. The $122,000 ruling is in addition to the $500,000 that she was ordered to pay him last year for her part in a hush money payment case stemming from an alleged 2006 affair between the two of them. It has been revealed that Trump is set to stand trial on 34 charges related to the case involving falsifying business records. Regardless of one’s opinion on this situation or its outcome, this is a noteworthy event as it appears perfectly timed by fate and raises questions about timing and alignment of events within it.

On Tuesday, the 9th Circuit Court awarded President Trump with a $122,000 bill to be settled by Stormy “Horseface” Daniels following his legal victory in their long-standing court battle. The judgment, which also required Stormy Daniels to pay the President’s attorney fees, constituted a huge win that was met by much celebration from President Trump on Truth Social posting,

“Alvin Bragg shut down New York City, brought in 38,000 NYPD officers, and will spend an estimated $200,000,000 of NYC funds, for a totally legal $130,000 NDA. On top of all that, the 9th Circuit Court just awarded me $122,000 — over the $500,000 already awarded, from Stormy “Horseface” Daniels!”

It’s been almost two years since former President Donald J. Trump left office, but that hasn’t stopped him from continuing to rack up victories in the courts. In the latest development, a federal appeals court has awarded Trump more than $600,000 in attorney fees from adult film star Stormy Daniels’ defamation lawsuit against him.

The case dates back to 2018 when Daniels sued Trump for defamation after he called her claims of an affair with him “a total con job.” The case was dismissed by a lower court and then appealed by Daniels to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. On Tuesday, the appeals court ruled that Trump was entitled to nearly $622,000 in attorney fees and costs from Daniels’ legal team.

The ruling is just one of many recent victories for Trump in the courts. Last month, a New York appeals court panel upheld a $110,000 fine on former President Donald Trump that a judge imposed last spring after he was found guilty of contempt for refusing to comply with an investigation into his business dealings by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

In addition, last year a New York judge ordered Trump to pay $2 million as part of a settlement with James over misuse of funds at his charitable foundation and earlier this year another judge declined to dismiss James’ civil lawsuit against Trump accusing him of fraudulently inflating asset values on financial statements submitted to banks and insurance companies.

Trump has denied all allegations against him and continues to fight them vigorously in court. His attorneys have argued that all these cases are politically motivated and have nothing to do with justice or fairness but rather are attempts by Democrats and their allies to target the former president because they disagree with his politics and policies.

The ruling by the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals awarding former President Donald Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from adult film star Stormy Daniels serves as yet another reminder that America remains one of the best and most just countries on Earth! While Donald J. Trump may be out of office, his victory in this particular case shows that he is still capable of winning legal battles against those hoping to take him down – and for that, we can all be grateful. Let us hope that this latest legal victory is of an omen for more to come in the future as Trump continues to vigilantly fight off his detractors and protect his legacy in the years ahead.
