Indictment of Trump Paves Way for Biden Charges

Many thought that when the Democratic Party decided to indict Donald Trump for his alleged crimes, it meant an unprecedented expansion of political prosecution. The average American understands that in a democracy, criminal charges should not be unfairly reserved for one’s political opponents – yet this has recently become the norm. While conservative did not ask for this, they knew what this could mean for our politics going forward.

It was only a matter of time before the demands started. Conservatives had been grumbling and predicting for months that something of this nature would happen eventually, and now here we are. In the wake of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, charging former President Donald Trump with corruption, Republicans are calling on prosecutors from across the country to charge current President Joe Biden and his relatives in kind for the known corruption.

Breitbart reports, while the Trump charges appear (as of this writing) to be all about the frivolous Stormy Daniels case, the Biden charges involve long-simmering charges about foreign corruption.

Earlier this month, the House Oversight Committee revealed that Biden’s family received cash from a Chinese firm closely linked to the Chinese Communist Party for unexplained business transactions.

Besides tax violations, for which Hunter Biden, the president’s son, has admitted he is under investigation, there are potential lobbying violations, as well as corruption and perhaps even bribery.

Yet U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland has declined to appoint a special counsel to investigate allegations against the Biden family, which appears to have been protected by the FBI and Silicon Valley.

After Trump was arrested on frivolous charges, many conservatives have called for the Bidens to be charged in retaliation and as a deterrent.

Likewise, conservative talk radio host Mark Levin called on Republican attorneys general in border states to immediately prosecute Biden in order to test the constitutional question of whether a sitting president can be indicted.

There is already an investigation underway into the Bidens by Congress. In a tweet Monday, Rep. James Comer, chair of the House Oversight Committee, said he had procured documents and testimony that might implicate the president.

Here is Congressman Comer on Fox.

The democrats started the entire political prosecution from the moment Trump announced in 2016. Now that they’ve illegitimately prosecuted Trump, of course conservatives want to show democrats what an actual investigation looks like. Unlike Trump, Biden and his family won’t be charged with the same crime over and over again because an actual crime can’t be found.
