The ad highlights DeSantis’s adoration for Trump in years past and reminds him of how he became governor with Trump’s powerful endorsement. However, the ad takes a turn as it accuses DeSantis of forgetting who made him and attacking the very man who saved his political career.

The ad, paid for by Donald J. Trump for President 2024, Inc., accuses DeSantis of attacking the very man who helped him win the governorship of Florida. The narrator suggests that DeSantis has forgotten how he became Governor and that it was Trump’s endorsement that propelled him to victory in the 2018 election.
