Regret, Disappointment, Frustration: Biden’s 2024 Announcement Falls Flat in Pennsylvania

As the dust settles after President Joe Biden announced his bid for re-election in 2024, a surprising response has been uncovered: Pennsylvania voters, who were crucial in delivering the state to Biden in 2020, are rejecting him this time around. In fact, ABC’s Martha Raddatz was taken aback by the number of Biden supporters who expressed regret, disappointment, and frustration over his decision to run again, citing concerns about his age and fitness for office. With Democrats divided on whether or not they should support the President for another term, it remains to be seen how this will impact Biden’s chances of securing the battleground state in the next election.

ABC news anchor Martha Raddatz was sent to Pennsylvania to gauge the support for President Joe Biden’s 2024 reelection campaign, which he announced in a pre-recorded video posted on Twitter last week. The move to release his video at 6 a.m. raised eyebrows because it appeared that the president is so old and frail that he couldn’t even make the announcement in a live rally or speech. To her surprise, Raddatz discovered that Pennsylvanians who voted for Biden in 2020 were now rejecting him for the upcoming election.

One black Pennsylvania voter, who had voted for Biden in the previous election, expressed her disappointment with his 2024 announcement, citing feelings of regret, disappointment, and frustration.

Other Democrat voters in the battleground state of Pennsylvania have also expressed concerns over Biden’s age, arguing that he is too old to run for president again. This raises questions about Biden’s ability to energize voters and mobilize them towards his re-election campaign. The Democratic party appears to be divided over whether or not President Biden should seek reelection, according to Raddatz.

With such high doubts hovering over his re-election bid, it remains to be seen whether Biden will succeed in becoming the Democratic nominee for 2024.

The apparent rejection of Biden by his own supporters in key battleground states like Pennsylvania should come as no surprise. After all, Biden has failed to deliver on his promises to the American people. From his botched handling of the border crisis to his outrageous and unnecessary spending packages, Biden has shown himself to be an ineffective leader. Moreover, his advanced age and cognitive decline have raised serious doubts about his ability to govern. As Democrats continue to be divided over whether or not Biden should run for reelection in 2024, it is becoming increasingly clear that the American people deserve better. It is time for a new generation of leaders to step up and lead our country forward.
