Comer’s committee has been diligently seeking information from individuals knowledgeable about the Bidens’ overseas business dealings, particularly with Chinese energy conglomerate CEFC and eastern Europe.

According to Comer, out of the ten key individuals they have identified, nine are either currently entangled in legal proceedings, incarcerated, or missing under suspicious circumstances. He asserted that these witnesses live in constant fear for their lives, with not only the Biden lawyers and the White House pressuring them but also the media attempting to discredit their credibility.

When asked to disclose the specific individuals within the White House responsible for the alleged intimidation, Comer opted to withhold the information for the time being. He stated, “We’re saving that for a later time.” Comer expressed frustration with the Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, accusing them of acting as criminal defense attorneys instead of seeking the truth.

The Democrats, in response, have criticized Comer for making bold claims without providing concrete evidence to support them. The White House Counsel’s Office spokesman, Ian Sams, dismissed Comer’s allegations as an evidence-free, politically-motivated “investigation” lacking substantiation.
