Micki Witthoeft, the grieving mother of late Air Force Veteran Ashli Babbitt, experienced a shocking altercation in Washington, D.C. On Tuesday evening, while hosting a vigil for the political prisoners outside of the D.C. jail, Witthoeft was arrested by Metropolitan Police officers for striking an Antifa organizer. Fellow January 6 advocate, Helena Gibson from Florida, managed to capture this distressing event on video.

Memorial Day was marked by supporters of January 6 defendants marching from the Capitol to the D.C. Jail, in honor of Ashli Babbitt. The march, a peaceful demonstration, involved Witthoeft and her small group of supporters carrying American flags and walking towards the jail, only to be harassed by an Antifa organizer who goes by the name “Anarchy Princess.”

This counter-protester spitefully yelled obscenities and inflammatory allegations, labeling Witthoeft and her supporters as terrorists and Nazis. Despite this unprovoked aggression, the group of January 6 advocates remained steadfast and continued their march towards the jail. Unfortunately, Micki Witthoeft’s patience with “Anarchy Princess” finally ran out when she was forced to remove the bullhorn from the Antifa organizer’s possession and throw it on the ground.
