A horrifying death at an Arby’s has led to a wrongful death lawsuit against the fast-food chain and its franchise owners. Manager Nguyet Le was found dead in a walk-in freezer in Louisiana and reports suggest the freezer had a faulty latch.
Le tragically died after becoming trapped in the freezing cold walk-in freezer with a malfunctioning latch that the owners had known about. She was discovered by her son, Nguyen Le, who also worked at the Arby’s. Her death was due to hypothermia, and the lawsuit calls for more than $1 million in damages.
The defendants are accused of negligence, gross negligence, and wrongful death. Le and her son were originally from Texas and had temporarily relocated for work at the Louisiana branch. The tragic death occurred just as their stint was coming to an end.
Despite no foul play being suspected, the Arby’s incident could have vast ramifications for the fast-food chain. The family’s lawsuit alleges a tragic lack of care and is seeking justice for their tremendous loss.

No excuse for a "malfunctioning" lock that BY LAW ----- MUST allow a person INSIDE the freezer the ability to OPEN the door!!!
