Le tragically died after becoming trapped in the freezing cold walk-in freezer with a malfunctioning latch that the owners had known about. She was discovered by her son, Nguyen Le, who also worked at the Arby’s. Her death was due to hypothermia, and the lawsuit calls for more than $1 million in damages.
