Lake’s attorney, Kurt Olsen, has provided proof of fraudulent activities. He stated that “11 of the signature verification workers approved 170k signatures at a rate of less than 0 and 2.99 seconds with a 99.97% approval rating,” and later revealed that “there were approximately 274,000 ballot signatures compared and verified in less than three seconds.” Despite the substantial evidence, Judge Peter A. Thompson ruled in favor of the Defendants.

Kari Lake plans to appeal this ruling and has vowed to “continue pushing our case to the United States Supreme Court.” The Gateway Pundit also disclosed newly discovered footage of Maricopa County employees secretly reprogramming voting machines to fail on Election Day in 2022, affecting a staggering 59% of them.
