Christie Launches Super PAC: Is He Ready to Take on Trump in 2024

Is Chris Christie gearing up for a face-off against Trump? The launch of a game-changing super PAC reveals his White House ambitions. However low polling numbers, and a need to have alternatives for the establishment, might be just enough to get mega donors behind the former governor.

Former New Jersey governor Chris Christie, once a fierce critic of Donald Trump, is on the verge of announcing his run for president in 2024. Allies close to Christie have established the “Tell It Like It Is” super PAC, a strategic move that suggests his intentions are real and serious.

Brian Jones, a seasoned GOP presidential campaign advisor, is leading the charge for Christie’s potential bid. Jones emphasizes Christie’s commitment to tackling the hard truths that threaten the future of the Republican Party, contrasting him with politicians who simply cater to popular opinion.

While Christie has not made an official declaration, the creation of the super PAC speaks volumes. However, recent polls indicate an uphill battle for the former governor. In the latest Quinnipiac poll, Trump and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis dominate the field with 56 and 25 percent support, respectively. Christie, on the other hand, lags far behind at a mere 2 percent.

Even in his home state of New Jersey, Christie’s popularity seems to have waned. A poll conducted by Fairleigh Dickinson University reveals that only 25 percent of respondents consider him a viable candidate.

Nonetheless, there is hope for Christie’s campaign. Professor Dan Cassino from FDU suggests that some Trump supporters may be open to backing alternative candidates due to recent indictments. While Christie may not be the frontrunner, there exists a potential lane for him to exploit.

With the formation of the “Tell It Like It Is” super PAC, Christie is making a bold statement: he is ready to challenge Trump and the establishment within the Republican Party. His campaign will center around delivering uncomfortable truths and showcasing a leadership style that contrasts with the status quo.

Christie’s super PAC launch has set the stage for a potential showdown between him and Trump in the race for the GOP nomination. As the battle unfolds, the nation awaits the clash of these political heavyweights. However it is clear which potential future president can actually make America Great Again, Again.
