In a bombshell report, The New York Post has obtained federal filings exposing the financial mismanagement within the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation (BLMGNF). These filings, covering the fiscal years of 2020 and 2021, show that only $30 million, a meager 33% of the $90 million in public donations, actually went to charitable foundations.
The investigation reveals a disturbing pattern of self-interest and profiteering. BLMGNF allocated over $4.5 million to non-profits operated by supporters and friends of the organization, despite suffering losses of over $8.5 million in the fiscal year 2021 alone. One of the most outrageous examples of nepotism is the allocation of funds to Patrisse Cullors’ brother, Paul Cullors, who walked away with a hefty salary of $139,708.
Recently it has come to light that BLM is on the verge of bankruptcy.
But the corruption doesn’t stop there. BLMGNF paid exorbitant sums to companies owned by Paul Cullors, including $756,330 for “security services” and $840,993 to Cullors Security LLC. These payments raise serious questions about conflicts of interest and the appropriate use of funds.
Furthermore, BLMGNF awarded substantial grants to organizations associated with LGBTQ causes and anti-police activism. Despite the revocation of their non-profit status, the Trans Justice Housing project in Atlanta and Reuniting of African Descendants received $200,000 each. Nala Simone Toussaint, co-founder of the latter, even set up a limited liability corporation to accept the funds.
In addition to these shocking revelations, BLMGNF paid significant amounts to consulting firms, board members, and Damon Turner, the father of Patrisse Cullors’ child. The organization’s audited financial statements indicate losses on securities sales, payments to unidentified board members’ firms, and questionable consulting services.
The fallout from this scandal has been disastrous for BLMGNF, with donations plummeting from over $76 million in the previous year to a mere $9.3 million in 2021. The public’s trust has been shattered, and questions regarding the organization’s transparency and accountability have reached a boiling point.

BLM failed to honor, or remember any “innocent black children” killed by violence in their neighborhoods, not a single one; that, within itself, told me that BLM was not a legitimate organization in any way, shape, or form!!!
