PENCE EXONERATED IN DOCUMENTS PROBE: BIDEN’S DOJ GIVES GREEN LIGHT FOR PRESIDENTIAL RUN

**In a surprising decision, the Biden Justice Department has cleared former Vice President Mike Pence of any wrongdoing concerning classified documents found at his Indiana home. This comes just as Pence is set to announce his Republican presidential nomination.**

CNN reported on Friday that the Biden Justice Department has decided not to prosecute former Vice President Mike Pence for having classified documents at his Indiana home. The decision coincides with Pence’s upcoming announcement of his candidacy for the Republican presidential nomination against former President Trump, scheduled for June 7 in Des Moines, Iowa.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) stated in a letter that they will not be pressing charges against Pence following an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National Security Division. Apparently, around a dozen classified documents were discovered in Pence’s home in January by his attorney. Pence, who claimed to be unaware of the documents being in his property, subsequently handed them over to the FBI. He did, however, assume responsibility for the situation and admitted that “mistakes were made.”

In response to the outcome of the investigation, a Pence adviser stated, “We’re pleased but not surprised.” Pence’s attorney informed the National Archives of the discovered classified documents in a letter dated January 18, 2023, explaining that Pence had been unaware of the documents’ existence and asking for their assistance in transferring the records to the National Archives.

Further, a follow-up letter dated January 22 revealed that four boxes containing non-classified vice-presidential records were also found at Pence’s home and would be transported to the National Archives.

**This convenient exoneration by the Biden Justice Department raises eyebrows, particularly considering its timing, which aligns perfectly with the launch of Pence’s presidential campaign against his former boss, President Trump.**
