**RAF Pilots Suffer as Racial Quotas Override Skill and Merit**
In shocking revelations, leaked emails disclosed discriminatory tactics at the Officer and Aircrew Selection Center of the British Royal Air Force (RAF). These strategies prioritized racial quotas above the selection of qualified pilots, delaying the training of 31 men on account of their race.
Squadron Leader Andrew Harwin reportedly voiced concerns for RAF boards being “predominantly white male heavy” and suggested cancelling boards if not enough BAME (black, Asian, minority ethnic) or female candidates were available. Despite outcry over the unlawfulness of this approach, the RAF persisted in prioritizing diversity targets above selecting the best candidates for the job.
This insistence on racial quotas has had severe consequences on the white pilots who were delayed in their career progression. RAF has now announced that 31 men would be compensated, yet the amount is a mere $194,301.80 in total, averaging $6,267.80 each. Reports claim that hundreds more could have been similarly disadvantaged.
The RAF received strong backlash against these discriminatory practices. It’s time to end this woke hogwash and focus on recruiting qualified individuals for the job — regardless of their race, ethnicity, or gender.
