Former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is taking her radical policies and heading to Harvard University this fall to teach health policy and leadership. This comes after Lightfoot failed to secure a second term as mayor, due in part to her strict lockdown measures and inability to curb crime in the city. As if that’s not concerning enough, Lightfoot plans to teach about her experience during the COVID-19 pandemic, during which she implemented oppressive mandates without regard for individual freedoms. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to monitor this situation.

The Ivies have gone full Atilla-the-Hun, determined to destroy the civilization they were originally founded to shape and nurture. A decade back (ca 2006) Yale invited the Spokesperson for the Taliban, Sayyid Rahmatullah Hashemi, to enroll as a special status student in courses at the University.
On Scholarship, of course.
This was done to spit in the eyes of everyone who had supported the military mission in Afghanistan, which Yale faculty and administrators and many indoctrinated students regarded as a fascist, racist, and generally unjustified response to the unchallengeably legitimate aspirations of the oppressed third-world indigenes of the Middle East.
That's the kind of thinking that goes on in the ivy-covered halls, which educate the children of international corporate CEOs, of Members of Congress, of the Judiciary, of various Federal agencies, and of the leaders of various nations around the globe.
I suppose the schools believe they are catering to the Parents that endow their professorships, differentiated schools and programs. It's not clear how much of Yale's 42.3 Billion-dollar Endowment derives from foreign sources, nor what percentage of its students or graduates are foreign nationals.
But after all, $40Billion is only the amount that Mr. Gates individually collected from his tenure at his software manufacturing enterprise. Small beans.
The point is that the Ivies view themselves as less a part of this nation than members of the International Community of the Wise.
Doesn't seem to occur to them that the radicals of other cultures do not particularly view Them as allies, but rather as delusional elites who are just posturing, and will be for the chop when Dar-al-Islam and People's Republic of China manage to extend their influence sufficiently.
