I think official entities need to begin admitting that people who are afflicted with gender confusion are also highly likely to be psychotically homicidal. They are certainly less able to control their rages and physical expression of those rages. Maybe put a new entry into the medical manuals that the "gender dysphoric" should be monitored for violent behavior. This, by the way, includes the tendency to suicide.
