In a recent tweet, Elon Musk responded to Jordan Peterson, a professor and clinical psychologist who labeled the phrase “gender-affirming care” as a “criminally evil lie.” The term encompasses surgeries, cross-sex hormones, and puberty blockers – procedures that contradict affirming someone’s biological sex. Musk stated that gender-affirming care for minors is “pure evil,” a strong opinion from such a high-profile figure.

Musk voiced his intentions to lobby for the criminalization of permanent gender-transition measures on children before they reach the age of consent in a tweet last week. He expressed his disgust, stating, “Shame on those who advocate this!
