In a shocking display of violence, a woman in New York City was caught on video attacking innocent bystanders in a park, including a mother and baby, and causing major destruction. The incident took place Sunday afternoon at Tompkins Square Park and St. Marks Place, and left witnesses stunned, as many barely reacted to the outrageous behavior.
