Kendrick Perkins Makes Shocking U-Turn on Nikola Jokic – You Won’t Believe What He’s Saying Now!

####ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins seems to be unsure about where he stands on Denver Nuggets superstar center, Nikola Jokic. After diminishing Jokic’s skill and suggesting his MVP consideration was due to race, Perkins now praises the player as the most skilled center in basketball history. What is his true position?####

Nikola Jokic’s talent has been a topic of controversy for ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins, who seemed to doubt the player’s worthiness for the NBA’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) award earlier this year. Perkins suggested that Jokic’s race, rather than his exceptional skills, earned him MVP considerations. Despite these earlier claims, Perkins appears to have changed his tune, now calling Jokic “the most skilled center to ever touch the damn basketball” on “The Pat McAfee Show.”

The change in perspective raises eyebrows, especially given the high praise of placing Jokic above legends such as Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Shaquille O’Neal. Additionally, Perkins urged the media to give Jokic more recognition and coverage, blaming the lack of attention on major networks like ESPN. While he emphasized the need to discuss Jokic and his team more than superstars like LeBron James and Jayson Tatum, one can’t help but wonder if Perkins’ initial focus on Jokic’s race was also a contributing factor.
