Attorneys for Trump visited the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Monday, expecting the worst, as special counsel Jack Smith reportedly nears a charging decision on the storage of classified records and obstruction of justice by resisting the government’s efforts to retrieve the materials. But Trump, who denies any wrongdoing, has already claimed that he declassified documents in his possession before leaving office and had every right to take them.

Make no mistake, this indictment is politically motivated and a desperate attempt by the establishment to silence the voice of the American people.
