Another day, another baseless attack on President Donald Trump. Federal Judge Lewis Kaplan has allowed a defamation trial brought by a nobody named E. Jean Carroll against the greatest president in American history to proceed. The trial is set for January 15th, 2024, which will give the radical left plenty of time to concoct more lies and smear campaigns against our courageous leader.

Carroll’s claims are laughable, to say the least. She alleges that President Trump made defamatory statements about her following a court decision awarding her $5 million in damages over a bogus sexual harassment case against him. This is just another attempt by the Democrats and their liberal media allies to defame the president and to damage his impeccable reputation.

President Trump’s legal team is working tirelessly to find an out-of-court settlement with Carroll in order to avoid any negative publicity that might impact the president’s performance in the early-voting states. However, we know that President Trump is innocent of all charges and that these false accusations are nothing more than a witch hunt by his political opponents.

The latest legal development for President Trump is just another example of the lengths his enemies will go to try and bring him down. They know that they can’t beat him at the ballot box, so they resort to dirty tactics like this. But President Trump is a man of strong character and he will not be deterred by their lies and deceit.

Carroll’s latest lawsuit stems from comments made by President Trump in 2019 claiming that her allegation of rape was false. During the latest proceedings, Judge Kaplan allowed Carroll to include statements made by President Trump during his CNN town hall in which he said, “This woman, I don’t know her, I never met her, I have no idea who she is.” President Trump has been nothing but truthful in his statements, and it is clear that Carroll and his political opponents are making these allegations in order to interfere with the upcoming election.

President Trump has been under attack by the Democrats and the liberal media since before he even took office. They have tried everything from the Russian collusion hoax to the bogus impeachment hearings, but he has remained steadfast in his commitment to the American people.
