Cruz Leaves Human Rights Campaign President Speechless with Preschool-Level Question

During a hearing titled “Protecting Pride: Defending the Civil Rights of LGBTQ+ Americans,” Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) exposed the absurdity of the left’s agenda by asking Human Rights Campaign President Kelley Robinson a simple question: Is there a difference between men and women? Robinson, who was pushing the progressive narrative of gender ideology, failed to answer the question multiple times, resorting to vague and nonsensical responses.

Cruz continued to press her, asking why women’s sports teams exist if there is no difference between men and women. Once again, Robinson was unable to provide a clear answer, and instead, attempted to change the subject. Frustrated with the evasive tactics, Cruz turned to Judiciary Committee Chairman Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL) and presented evidence from a Duke University paper which proved that there is, in fact, an insurmountable performance gap between elite males and females in sports.

This paper, titled “COMPARING ATHLETIC PERFORMANCES THE BEST ELITE WOMEN TO BOYS AND MEN,” clearly showed that men consistently outperform women in sports due to their androgenized body, and not because of any alleged advantage obtained from a “male identity, more resources, better training, or superior discipline” as the left likes to claim.

This hearing once again exposes the radical agenda of the LGBTQ+ lobby, which seeks to eliminate the biological differences between men and women in the sports field. They would have us believe that gender is a social construct and that biological sex does not exist. However, it is clear that the science proves otherwise.

Moreover, this is not about discrimination against transgender individuals. The biological differences between men and women are real and significant. Discrimination based on biological sex must continue to be recognized and preserved in order to protect women’s rights, particularly in the context of sports.

Senator Cruz’s questioning served to expose the damaging effects of progressive ideology and brought attention to the importance of preserving the integrity of women’s sports. It is time we reject the left’s radical agenda and recognize the biological differences between men and women. As the paper from Duke University suggests, it is clear that sex determines win share.
