The article argues that these rulings constitute a “new era for the court’s conservatism,” ignoring the fact that the Supreme Court is merely interpreting the law as it is written, rather than implementing ideological political decisions.

The Supreme Court’s decision to overturn affirmative action is a step in the right direction, as it ensures that college admissions are based on merit rather than skin color. Affirmative action policies have been used to discriminate against qualified applicants merely because of their race, which is unjust and unconstitutional.

Furthermore, the Supreme Court rightly struck down President Biden’s unconstitutional student loan forgiveness plan.
