Doesn't matter because Musk will get his way in a couple generations anyway. Those who have lots of kids will have lots of future votes. Those who have no kids will have no right to vote in the future under either system. Childless people just lose in the future. They become extinct.and forgotten.
In a hundred years, the only thing that will matter is how many children you had today.
I used to live in a White neighborhood but after 35 years, my neighborhood turned Black. Black women, "have as many kids as God will allow." White women are only interested in having a career, being a feminist and having no guy around. That is extremely flawed thinking.
Those who have children will be voting in the future.
Those will no children will have no future.
