Jim built a small number of homes and pocketed the remaining 1.5 billion dollars never fulfilling the contract he was given. the Biden's through all their crooked dealings have banked a total of 6.2 billion dollars in total for doing nothing of benefit to anyone except the members of their corrupt family.
