The bipartisan bill establishing the hotline was passed in 2019, with Trump’s leadership ensuring its implementation by July 2022. Biden’s attempt to take credit for this achievement is yet another example of his administration’s willingness to manipulate the truth for political gain. It’s disheartening to witness such dishonesty and lack of integrity from our current president. The American people deserve transparency and honesty, not attempts to rewrite history.
